The present invention relates to a culture filtrate containing siderophore which contains siderophore secreted by a microorganism and which is used for a phytoremediation process for the purification of heavy metal-contaminated soil, and to a phytoremediation process for the purification of heavy metal-contaminated soil using the culture filtrate containing siderophore. The culture filtrate containing siderophore used for a phytoremediation process according to the present invention increases the bioavailability of heavy metals if the culture filtrate containing siderophore is injected into heavy metal-contaminated soil, thereby promoting the growth of plants planted in heavy metal-contaminated soil as well as remarkably reducing the time required for the purification of heavy metal-contaminated soil compared to a prior technique. Therefore, the culture filtrate containing siderophore can be useful in the purification of heavy metal-contaminated soil using the phytoremediation process.
