The purpose of the present invention is to provide an assembly of fishway ecological blocks so as to form scattered fishways in a dam having a fishway by coupling multiple fishway ecological blocks manufactured in a construction site in advance. To this end, the assembly of fishway ecological blocks having an ecological water purifying function of the present invention includes: at least one main blocks (20, 20, 50) which are U-shaped blocks located in a straight main stream of a natural fishway and have bottom parts (21, 51) and wall parts (22, 52) on both sides; and at least two branch blocks which are located in at least two branched streams separated from the main stream of the natural fishway or combined to the main stream and which are U-shaped blocks having a bottom part (31) and wall parts (32) on the both sides. At least two branch blocks are coupled to at least one main block. The wall part (32) of the branch block is formed in a wave shape to have curved surfaces having different curvatures continuously connected to each other, and sets a direction to direct outward in advance as far away from the main block.
