PURPOSE: Composition of towel refining processing liquid which includes environment-friendly enzyme and a refining method are provided to reduce the fiber damage and weight loss rate of the towel by biodegrading the used enzyme after the refining treatment and select the treatment of enzyme. CONSTITUTION: Compositioin of towel refining processing liquid comprises 0.8-1.2g/L of cellulose, 0.8-1.2g/L of protease, 0.8-1.2g/L of lipase, 2.5-3.5g/L of pectinase and 0.8-1.2g/L of surfactant. The refining processing method of the towel comprises a step of manufacturing refining processing liquid composition, a first refining step by inputting fabric in the refining treatment liquid at a temperature of 25-35°C for 10-25 minutes, and a second refining step at a temperature of 90-95°C for 5-10 minutes.
