PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of fullerene derivatives is provided to reduce the reaction time, to have a suitable equivalent ratio, to be able to introduce various functional groups, and to have a high yield of products. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of fullerene derivatives comprises a step of synthesizing fullerene derivatives by reacting with addition of silyl-amines represented by Chemical formula 2 to a compound represented by Chemical formula 1. In Chemical formulas, A is a fullerene derivative selected from substituted or non-substituted C60, C70, C72, C76, C78 or C84; R1, R2 and R3 are, respectively, substituted or non-substituted (C1-30) alkyl, (C6-30) aryl, or (C4-30) heteroaryl; R4 and R5 are, respectively, substituted or non-substituted (C1-30) alkyl, (C6-30) aryl, (C1-30) alkyl substituted with alpha-silyl tertiary amino, or (C4-C30) heteroaryl.
