The present invention provides an optical fiber pump-signal combiner of a structure of including bar optical fiber and clad optical fiber in the internal space of a cylindrical tube, forming to be thinner as it goes from one end to the other end by thermal deformation, and limiting a space between bar optical fiber and a plurality of clad optical fiber on the other end. It is possible to manufacture an element for guiding a signal and a pump simultaneously in a simpler way by utilizing the thermal deformation of the bar optical fiber and the clad optical fiber. Therefore, it is possible to reduce manufacturing costs of the element, thereby improving the manufacturing efficiency.
