The present invention includes: a client terminal which receives a client identification code directly from a client and transmits the code; and a server which sends an e-mail to the e-mail address of the client. The server includes: a client database in which client data including personal data, e-mail addresses, and identification codes of clients is stored; a client identification code registration module which receives a client identification code directly decided and inputted by a client using a client terminal, receives the client identification code inputted by the client, and registers the code of the client at the client database; an e-mail generation module which generates an e-mail to a client of which the recipient is set as the e-mail address of a client stored in the client database and which includes the text and title of an e-mail about a bill, notification, event, or product introduction for the client; an automatic e-mail title editing module which determines if the client identification code of each recipient of the client e-mail is stored in the client database and, if the client identification code is stored, inserts the client identification code of the concerned recipient stored in the client database at the front end or at the latter end of the title of the client e-mail to automatically edit the title of the e-mail; and an e-mail sending module which automatically sends a client e-mail of which the title is automatically edited by the automatic e-mail title editing module or which is generated by the e-mail generation module to a concerned recipient.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2015
