Disclosed is a method for manufacturing copper-gallium nano-particles. The copper-gallium nano-particles can be manufactured by mixing gallium particle colloid, a copper precursor solution, and a reducing agent and treating the mixture with ultrasound. According to the method, powder for forming the light absorption layer of a CIGS solar cell can be manufactured at low costs.
