The present invention relates to a method for constructing a flat slab using a PC slab in which a post tension is applied showing excellence in assembling and construction, in that the flat slab is easily assembled and installed on the spot, because the slab is already manufactured into a precast member in a factory. A desirable embodiment of the present invention includes (a) a step of manufacturing a rectangular PC panel including first spanning protrusions on the upper side of both transverse ends and second spanning protrusions on the lower side of both longitudinal ends, and main head members formed into a foursquare shape, including third spanning protrusions on the upper side of each side and a main reinforcement penetration hole and a joining hole on the center; (b) a step of installing columns at a constant interval while the main head members are exposed through the upper part and an anchor is installed on the upper part; (c) a step of assembling and fixating the main head members on the upper parts of each column by penetrating the main reinforcement and anchor of the column (10) through the through-holes and joining holes of each column; (d) a step of seating the PC panel to make the second spanning protrusion of the PC panel to be engaged with the third spanning protrusion of the main head member between the main head member and the adjacent main head member; and (e) a step of installing a deck to make both ends of the deck to be spanned and seated between the PC panel and the adjacent PC panel in parallel.
