The present invention relates to a graphene counter electrode for a dye-sensitized solar cell, a method for preparing the same, and a dye-sensitized solar cell comprising the same, wherein the method for preparing a graphene counter electrode comprises the steps of: a) doping nitrogen to a graphite to prepare a graphene compound doped with nitrogen elements; and b) surface treating a FTO transparent electrode with the graphene compound manufactured in step a) by using the electrostatic spray deposition method.
