The present invention relates to a method for providing a business place advertisement and a settlement service to a user based on a zone through local communication between smartphones and an AP. More particularly, the present invention relates to a method for providing a business place advertisement and a settlement service to a user based on a zone through local communication between smartphones and an AP wherein user smartphones and the AP recognize each other through various types of local communications such as Wi-Fi, 3G, and Bluetooth in a specific zone, provide information on the business place advertisement, and allow a smartphone or a business place terminal to directly settle a cost of a purchased product or service without a separate confirming procedure.
