The present invention relates to tofu. In particular, the present invention relates to tofu having food material layers which is invented with the purpose of satisfying appetites of multinational consumers with a taste and appearance favored by the multinational consumers, and drawing the attention of future consumers so that they become a new group of tofu consumers. The present invention relates to tofu having injected food material layers which is characterized by comprising a tofu main body and the injected food material layers as components in the main tofu body, and by including a manufacturing apparatus thereof.
