The present invention relates to a composition for immunity enhancement or resistance enhancement against an infection of contagium, which contains a mixture of transformed and attenuated salmonella strains as an active component. The mixture of the transformed and attenuated salmonella strains according to the present invention does not have a tolerance against antibiotics, and expresses a cytokine gene in the entire host through an M cell of a Peyer′s patch in intestines, thereby having an excellent effect of improving resistance against the infection of contagia. Therefore, the mixture has an effect of inducing an immune reaction in a short time without causing a tolerance against antibiotics through an improved and effective immune reaction compared to various common vaccines.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2014
