~The present invention relates to a water cooling grill for flame grilling, which prevents meat or food from burning and exhales water vapor to reduce the cooking time and the energy. The point of the present invention relates to the energy reduction water cooling grill for flame grilling, which grilling meat or food has the structure comprising circle drip pan water box and waterway, and grill water box and waterway respectively, and has the drip pan water box outside and has the grill water box inside side by side, and cuts the top to be opened and makes the center part located lower than the water box to forming the drip pan water box down and the grill water box above, and separates the grill pan and the grill at regular intervals to have a steam outlet at the spaces of the wall of the drip pan water box and the wall of the grill pan water box, and have a steam outlet and a flame out let between the bottom drip pan waterway and the grill waterway. A ring-shaped cover covers the opened top of the formed outlet, the drip pan water box, and the grill water box to prevent the steam from external leakage and improve the thermal efficiency and reduce the cooking time by exhales the steam between the drip pan and the grill through the formed steam outlet to join heat water and flame grilling heat.
