A vulnerability reduction system for a sewage treatment plant using vulnerability assessment indicators is disclosed. The vulnerability reduction system for a sewage treatment plant includes: a greenhouse gas emission estimation unit for estimating an amount of greenhouse gas emitted from the sewage treatment plant by using mass balance according to scenarios; a vulnerability indicator calculation unit for calculating vulnerability indicators from the amount of greenhouse gas estimated by the greenhouse gas emission estimation unit or runoff from the sewage treatment plant; a vulnerability analysis unit for analyzing vulnerability of the sewage treatment plant by using the vulnerability indicators calculated by the vulnerability indicator calculation unit; and a vulnerability reduction unit for controlling to increase the size of an aerobic bath in the sewage treatment plant into a predetermined size or increase an oxygen transfer coefficient value of microorganism within a predetermined range, depending on the analysis results of the vulnerability analysis unit.
