The present invention relates to a sorting system for reducing processing costs of low grade scheelite ore comprising: a step (S100) of primarily pulverizing low grade scheelite ore; a step (S200) of secondarily pulverizing the pulverized scheelite ore by transferring the pulverized scheelite ore to a belt conveyor; a step (S300) of polishing the pulverized scheelite ore with a grinding mill so that a particle size is less than 1 mm; a step (S400) of separating and collecting primary concentrate scheelite and primary tailing wastes by feeding the polished scheelite ore and water to a Nelson selector at pulp density conditions; a step (S500) of collecting secondary concentrate scheelite and discarding residual tailing wastes by feeding the primary tailing wastes to the Nelson selector with a pump at an appropriate density conditions; a step (S600) of removing water by supplying the primary concentrate scheelite and secondary concentrate scheelite to a dehydrator (15) with the pump; and a step (S700) of transferring dehydrated mixed concentrate scheelite to an ore concentration process by the belt conveyor.
