A method of fabricating a photoelectrode of a dye-sensitized solar cell according to the present invention includes the steps of forming titanium dioxide annotates on a surface of a titanium preform; and attaching zinc oxide on a surface of the titanium dioxide nanotubes. In this case, preferably, the step of forming the titanium dioxide nanotubes is performed through an anodic oxidation scheme, and the step of attaching the zinc oxide is performed through an electrode position scheme. According to the present invention, since an energy level is higher than that of titanium dioxide, zinc oxide causing band bending at an interfacial surface with the titanium dioxide is attached to the surface of the titanium dioxide nanotubes to facilitate the separation of an electron-hole pair, so that the photoelectrode having improved photoelectric conversion efficiency of the dye-sensitized solar cell can be fabricated. Further, according to the fabricating method of the present invention, when comparing with a conventional vacuum scheme-based fabrication method, the fabrication cost can be lowered, and the process time can be reduced. In addition, the dye-sensitized solar cell photoelectrode fabricated through the fabrication method of the present invention may increase the quantity of fuel adsorbed due to a wide surface area.
