The present invention is a trenchless tunnel constructing method which is completed via a horizontal unit steel pipe thrusting step (S10) which thrusts a steel pipe to the upper side of a tunnel region; a vertical unit steel pipe thrusting step (S20); a structure manufacturing step (S30) which manufactures a structure to thrust to the tunnel region; a structure thrusting step (S40) which collects the steel pipes by thrusting the structure; and a lower slab curing step (S50) which places and cures a lower slab on the lower side of a tunnel. The pipes utilized for the horizontal unit steel pipe thrusting step (S10) and the vertical unit steel pipe thrusting step (S20) are medium-caliber pipes. A double medium-caliber steel pipe and a single medium-caliber steel pipe are relatively arranged and thrust. A variable medium-caliber steel pipe unit, which is positioned on the center of a horizontal unit and the lower side of a vertical unit, is variably controlled. Constructing a trenchless type tunnel is possible even though medium-caliber steel pipes are utilized for constructing the trenchless type tunnel without generating the demands of large-caliber steel pipes and small-caliber steel pipes so that the present invention remarkably reduces the costs for materials, is easily constructed, improves working efficiency, and reduces the construction period of the tunnel.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2014
