The present invention relates to an anticancer drug useful for drug resistance cancer cells and more specifically, to a composition which provides excellent destructive effect against cancer cells showing resistance to conventional anticancer drugs containing a compound separated from a Daphne genkwa extract. Especially, the composition of the present invention enables a user to overcome the anticancer drug resistance in cells which is resistant to a Gefitinib anticancer drug, and an epithelial growth factor receptor (EGFR) inhibitor.
