The present invention relates to a brain targeting nano-carrier comprising a pluoronic polymer which is partially substituted with chitosan combined with a brain tissue targeting peptide, and brain targeting delivery using the same. According to the present invention, the brain targeting nano-carrier comprising a pluoronic polymer having chitosan combined with a brain tissue targeting peptide is effective in the brain targeting passing through BBB and the drug delivery in a bio-active state. Further, the synergic effect of the peptide having a predetermined brain targeting sequence and chitosan can significantly enhance the targeting effect and extend the accumulation in the brain. Accordingly, the nano-carrier of the present invention is useful as a brain targeting carrier by being combined with protein and genetic material as well as other treatment agents in the future.
