The prevent invention relates to a roof structure of a building satisfying requirements for waterproof and landscaping capable of improving the beauty of the rooftop and a waterproof function by having a waterproof function and landscaping equipment on the rooftop of a high-rise building, such as a house, a multiplex house, an apartment, and the likes. The roof structure includes: a flat panel (100) which is formed on one side of the upper part of a handrail (20) to have left and right sides inclined downward and which is easily connected in series at the same time; and a Y-shaped vertical column (110) which is integrally formed with the flat panel (110) on the lower side of the flat panel (100) and fixates the flat panel (100) to the handrail (20). A support (120) horizontally protruding from a side surface of the vertical column (110) is integrally fixated, and a gap controlling block (130) capable of flexibly controlling a gap according to the thickness of the handrail is formed on one side of the lower part of the support (120) at the same time. A placement bottom part which is formed to be convex, as compared to the bottom edge of the rooftop, is formed on the upper surface of the rooftop bottom (10) to be flat, and a drain (210) which has a linear shape or a lattice shape is formed on the surface of the placement bottom part (200) at the same. An upper surface of the placement bottom part (200) is coated with the waterproof sheet (300), and the upper side of the waterproof sheet (300) has multiple water passing grooves (410) formed thereon and has a punched block (400) with heating and insulating functions formed thereon. The upper surface of the punched block (400) has an internal accommodation space (510) thereon and a flower garden block (500) having a structure to be easily connected and fixated.
