The present invention is to provide a method for manufacturing a heterojunction solar cell. The method for manufacturing a heterojunction solar cell includes a step for spraying a first nanoink layer including intrinsic silicon nanoparticles on both surfaces of a substrate; a step for laminating an intrinsic silicon layer on both surfaces of the substrate by performing a thermal process on the firs nanoink layer; a step for laminating a first type silicon layer on one layer among the intrinsic silicon layers laminated on both surfaces of the substrate; and a step for laminating a second type silicon layer on another layer among the intrinsic silicon layers both surfaces of the substrate.
