The present invention relates to a scheduling method and system of the HCCA protocol, wherein an access point (AP) receives accurate queue status information from a station (STA) through a frame such as an RTS / CTS during uplink scheduling, and thus status information. By reducing the lag, which is the time delay between the reception time and the TXOP allocation time, efficient scheduling is possible as in the scheduler of a wired network in a wireless medium having various channel conditions according to time or location.
