A method for manufacturing reduced grapheme oxide-metal nanoparticle composite film, reduced grapheme oxide-metal nanoparticle composite film manufactured by the same, and biosensor comprising the reduced grapheme oxide-metal nanoparticle composite film
PURPOSE: A graphene composite film, a manufacturing method thereof, and a biosensor using the same are provided to mass produce graphene composite films at a low cost without using separate chemicals for treating the surface, and to control the composition of nano-materials. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a graphene composite film comprises the following steps: a step of obtaining a mixed solution by mixing a metal nanoparticle solution to a dispersion solution in which graphene oxide sheets are dispersed; a step of obtaining a metal nanoparticle-graphene oxide composite film by centrifugally rotating said mixed solution in the vacuum condition; and a step of manufacturing a metal nanoparticle-reduced graphene composite film by reducing said metal nanoparticle-graphene oxide composite film. The surface of metal nanoparticles has the same electric charge to the surface of graphene oxides.
