PURPOSE: A single photon emission computed tomography/magnetic resonance imaging (SPECT/MRI) dual contrast composition is provided to effectively acquire an MRI image and a SPECT image of cancer tissues and to prevent excessive exposure by radiation through controlling the content of compounds of chemical formulas 1 and 2 and the order of administration. CONSTITUTION: A SPECT/MRI dual contrast composition contains a first agent containing a compound of chemical formula 1 and a second agent containing a compound of chemical formula 2. The first agent and the second agent are separately arranged. The compound of chemical formula 1 has a structure of chemical formula 1a. The compound of chemical formula 2 has a structure of chemical formula 2a. A method for acquiring a SPECT/MRI dual image comprises the steps of: administering the first agent to a subject person and acquiring a SPECT image; and administering the second agent to the subject person and acquiring an MRI image.
