A lower vertical wall; a center diaphragm frame, which is a diaphragm, in which an opening space (S) is formed in order for a transverse reinforcing bar to penetrate the opening space; concrete cured by being placed on the upper part of a horizontal member and internal empty space of the lower vertical wall so that the transverse lower vertical wall and the center diaphragm frame are structurally integrated; and a complex wall girder (steel plate-concrete) for obtaining structural continuity in the transverse direction to the horizontal member by penetrating the center diaphragm frame and being extended to both sides are disclosed.
