Disclosed is a perfusion monitoring apparatus alerting to an operator by generating alarming sound and/or alarming light if perfusate such as normal saline solution, which is supplied between tubes coaxially arranged within a guiding pipe of an operation apparatus in operating blood vessel disease treatment such as interventional neuroradiology treatment, is not supplied for a specific amount of time. The perfusion monitoring apparatus is characterized by comprising: a perfusate stagnation unit arranged between a perfusate source and the operation apparatus such that the perfusate is temporarily stagnant before entering into the inside of the operation apparatus from the perfusate source; a sensing unit which senses perfusate drops falling to the inside of the perfusate stagnation unit from the perfusate source; and a control unit which judges if the perfusate is injected or not on the basis of a sensing signal generated from the sensing unit, and sends an alarm to the outside if the perfusate is not infected for a specific amount of time.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2014
