The present invention relates to an air chamber separation type drill bit assembly of a reverse circulation drilling machine and the reverse circulation drilling machine including the same and, more specifically, to the drill bit assembly capable of drilling an underground deep portion without a pressure decrease by separating an air chamber and a drill bit; and the reverse circulation drilling machine including the same. The air chamber separation type drill bit assembly according to one aspect of the present invention includes a chamber type drill rod pipe; and a drill bit. The chamber type drill rod pipe includes a plurality of through-holes on the circumference so that the air chamber is formed. The reverse circulation drilling machine according to the other aspect of the present invention includes a casing; a plurality of drill rod pipes of a large diameter; a chamber type drill rod pipe; a stabilizer; a plurality of drill rod pipe of a small diameter, and the drill bit. The drill rod pipes of a large diameter are joined in a row and inserted into the casing. The chamber type drill rod pipe includes a plurality of through-holes on the circumference, and one end portion of the chamber type drill rod pipe is joined to the drill rod pipes of a large diameter. The stabilizer is in contact with the inner surface of the casing and joined to the outer circumference of the chamber type drill rod pipe in order to arrange the chamber type drill rod pipe on the center of the casing. The drill rod pipes of a small diameter is joined in a row and joined to the other end portion of the chamber type drill rod pipe. The drill bit is joined to the other end portion of the drill rod pipes of a small diameter.
