Interactive method for the management and coordination of guests at social, institutional and company events comprising the steps of guest registration and registration of attendees, these are the confirmed guests; characterized by the steps comprising: automatic distribution of attendees in resources, while those resources are defined in a three-dimensional graphic shown to the user where: the distribution is carried out according to the levels of closeness or affinity among the attendees; and once the automatic distribution is done it establishes that resources have not been occupied by another attendee. The method further comprising the step of the automatic reorganization of attendees with each new confirmation, according to the proximity or affinity between them.
