A combined polymer micro-nano fiber product and method of water conveying and micro-irrigation by using the product, the combined product at least comprising a water drawing band (2), a water drawing band weight (3), a water delivery fiber mat (5), a water conservation fiber mat (8), and a water drawing band fixing device (4); the method at least comprises the following steps: installing the water drawing band weight on the surface of or inside the water drawing band; immersing the water drawing band installed with the water drawing band weight into a water source to allow a portion of the water drawing band to be immersed below the surface of water source, and allow the other portion of the water drawing band to be above the water surface; employing the water drawing band fixing device to fix the water drawing band; covering the to-be-treated earth with the water delivery fiber mat, and disposing the water conservation fiber mat at 100-300 mm below the water delivery fiber mat; and connecting the water delivery fiber mat to the endpoint of the other portion of the water drawing band located above the surface of the water source. The product and method efficiently utilize water resources with low energy consumption, comprehensively realize water delivery without energy consumption, and water conservation, wind prevention, sand fixing, and water evaporation prevention in a treatment area, and ensure environmental protection and energy saving.
