The shipper system unit is operated by the shipper administrator, communicates with the manager system unit so as to transmit the information on freight for shipping, and receives, from the manager system unit, the management information including the ship operation-related information, weather information, information on freight for shipping, and ship in/out harbor information, so as to enable the shipper administrator to check and manage the received information; and the ship owner system unit operated by the ship owner administrator, communicates with the manager system unit so as to transmit the ship in/out harbor information, and receives, from the manager system unit, the management information including the ship operation-related information, weather information, information on freight for shipping, and ship in/out harbor information, so as to enable the ship owner administrator to check and manage the received information.
