A steam-water circulating system utilizing waste heat of high-temperature calcined coke generated by a pot calciner comprise a gas collecting bag (14) disposed in the middle of the pot calciner. Multiple heat exchangers (1) are divided into two groups at two sides from the middle part of the pot calciner in the length direction of a calciner body, so as to form two branch steam-water circulating systems. Each branch steam-water circulating system is provided with a descent main pipe (6), an inner heat exchanger ascent main pipe (11), and an outer heat exchanger ascent main pipe (10). The heat exchanger (1) of each branch steam-water circulating system is connected in parallel among the corresponding descent main pipe (6), the inner heat exchanger ascent main pipe (11), and the outer heat exchanger ascent main pipe (10). The steam-water circulating system effectively shortens the steam-water circulating distance, reduces flow resistance and improves the operation reliability of the steam-water circulating system.
