"Treatment of colonized/infected lesions using a bionanoskin membrane with fibroblast growth factor, and cytokines involved in wound healing and regeneration and polyhexanide", particularly a Nanoskin® membrane that has growth factors and polyhexanide "Nanoskin®+GFP", which is effective for treating colonized/infected wounds, significantly reducing healing time, inflammation signals, infection/colonization and pain, proving to be a safe treatment method, which consists of a membrane that combines a wide antimicrobial spectrum with low toxicity, high tissue compatibility, no systemic absorption and easy application.
