The present invention relates to the activities that a kind of method is used to measure the one kynurenine-invertase of a kynurenic acid, ortho-aminobenzoic acid and/or 3 hydoxykynurenine- production enzymes, comprise the steps of: that measurement is preferably chosen from a CSF (cerebrospinal fluid) or slurries, and the conversion from kynurenine, kynurenic acid, ortho-aminobenzoic acid and/or 3-hydroxykynurenine detection existing for the sample of an interference under the conditions of activity.
