A method for preserving Lingwu long jujube by phase temperature air conditioning, the method including: 1)preserving harvested Lingwu long jujube by (1) fumigating the jujube and (2)immersing jujube in the specific liquid preserving agent at normal temperature, 2) air-drying the immersed the jujube and loading in a box with a lining of polyethylene freshness protection package, and then putting it in inner sleeve of the jacket air conditioning storage, pre-cooling the jujube for 24-48hrs at 4℃ and slowly cooling to-3℃±0.1℃, sealing the inner sleeve, regulating concentration of oxygen and carbon dioxide in the inner sleeve and controlling the concentration and relative humidity of ethylene and ethanol from outside, circulating air between the inner and outer sleeve by airing forced with axis-flow air machine during the pre-cooling. The method combines physical, chemical with biological preserving technology, and thus the shelf life of the jujube can be up to 130 days with high ratio of good ones.
