The device for manufacturing a temporary denture base or temporary partial denture base comprises: an information-processing unit (250) for expanding, on the basis of three-dimensional shape data representing the dental cast of a patient's intraoral configuration, the various portions of the shape of said cast in three dimensions with a specified error and non-uniform specified scaling factors in each direction or different specified scaling factors in at least two directions to generate three-dimensional shape data representing the temporary denture base or temporary partial denture base (308, 312); and a three-dimensional molding unit (280) for manufacturing the resin or wax temporary denture base or temporary partial denture base on the basis of the three-dimensional shape data representing the temporary denture base or temporary partial denture base.
