Disclosed is a loading and unloading monitoring method of a concrete mixing truck. The concrete mixing truck (500) comprises a mixing drum (501) and a hydraulic system driving the mixing drum (501). The monitoring method comprises a preset step, a detection step and a determination step. In the preset step, an oil pressure preset value which is an initial oil pressure value of the hydraulic system when the concrete mixing truck (500) loads an initial amount of concrete is preset. In the detection step, an oil pressure real-time value of the hydraulic system is detected. In the determination step, the oil pressure real-time value and the oil pressure preset value are compared, when the oil pressure real-time value is smaller than the oil pressure preset value, the concrete mixing truck (500) is determined to unload materials; and when the oil pressure real-time value is larger than the oil pressure preset value, the concrete mixing truck (500) is determined to load materials. The present invention further provides a monitoring system for implementing the loading and unloading monitoring method, a material anti-theft system using the monitoring system, the concrete mixing truck (500) using the material anti-theft system and a feeding control system using the monitoring system.
