Disclosed is a comprehensive utilization method of Herba Artemisiae Annuae straw and the use thereof, wherein the method comprises the following steps: manufacturing a plate having healthy functions, using the stalks of Herba Artemisiae Annuae straw; manufacturing bio-charcoal using the side stalks of Herba Artemisiae Annuae straw and the residue thereof. The invention also relates to the use of Herba Artemisiae Annuae straw in the preparation of plates having healthy functions and bio-charcoal. The method makes the best use of Herba Artemisiae Annuae straw. The plates made by the stalks thereof have natural textures and colour, and are light and hard-wearing; and the volatile components in the plants of Herba Artemisiae Annuae are retained and the plates are anti-microbial, anti-mosquito and heat-clearing and detoxifying in use; the bio-charcoal made by the side branches and the residue thereof can increase organic content and the carbon acquisition cabability of the soil.
