Analysis of the subclass-specific glycosylation at the glycopeptide level is achieved with trypsin digestion and UHIPLC-ESI-QqQ MS in the multiple reaction monitoring mode. The present invention also provides a method of identifying a subject with the likelihood to generate immune response after vaccination based on the marker glycoforms in the glycosylation profile.
