The present invention provides a fiber treatment agent for cotton fiber knitted fabric and a cotton fiber knitted fabric treated with the treatment agent. The present invention discloses a fiber treatment agent for cotton fiber knitted fabric and a cotton fiber knitted fabric treated with the treatment agent characterized in that a solution including 30 mol% of polytetramethylene glycol, 10 mol% of 1-4 Hydroxy terminated polydimethylsiloxane, and 50 mol% of N-methyldiethanolamine are stirred for 20 to 40 minutes at a temperature ranging from 70oCto 75oC, a reaction is carried out for 2 to 4 hours after adding additives, and then waterborne urethane and a silicone oil having two -OH groups are synthesized at a ratio of 3:1.
