The present invention relates to a brain wave inducing apparatus, which mixes a brain wave inducing beat sound source generated at a high frequency within the audible frequency range (20 to 20,000 Hz) with an audio signal and outputs the result, and to a brain wave inducing sound source therefor. The brain wave inducing apparatus for improving learning performance using brain wave induction includes: a main body unit into which a sound source device generating the brain wave inducing sound source is bui a display unit formed in the main body unit to display a program execution screen; a volume control unit formed in the main body unit to enable the volume to be controlled; a power source unit formed in the main body unit to transmit an operation signal; an earphone-insertion portion formed in the main body unit to enable earphones to be inserted; and a charging unit formed in the main body unit to enable charging.
