Method of refitted altering devices flow in an external surface of a wind turbine blade, the devices being flow guide of the type having a base comprising an inner side for engagement on the surface of the turbine blade wind, and an outer side with parts of the device alteration flow protruding, wherein the method comprises the steps of: a) inserting the parts of the device alteration flow projecting in a mounting plate so that the side internal devices flow guide is exposed from a first side of the mounting plate, b) adhering the inside of devices alteration flow to the surface of the wind turbine blade by applying the first side of the plate mounting an application area on the surface of the wind turbine blade, and c) removing the mounting plate of the application area on the surface of the blade of your rbina wind.
