A PHYTO-SANITARY AGENT TO FIGHT PLANT DISEASES CAUSED BY FUNGI AND BACTERIA, AND A METHOD TO OBTAIN THIS PHYTO-SANITARY AGENT, WHERE THE FORMULATION OF THIS PHYTO-SANITARY AGENT IS DEFINED BY A TANNATE COMPLEX OF PICRO-CUPRIC-AMMONIUM SULPHATE COMPRISING 108 GR. OF DISTILLED WATER, 216 GR. OF AMMONIUM FORMATE, 10 GR. OF TANNIC ACID, 436 GR. OF SURFACTANT, 216 GR. OF COPPER SULPHATE HYDRATE, AND 14 GR. OF PICRIC ACID. PREFERABLY, THE SURFACTANT IS SELECTED FROM THE GROUP COMPRISING SODIUM DODECYL SULPHATE, SODIUM DODECYL BENCENE SULPHONATE, PHOSPHONIC TETRADECYL (DIMETHYL ETHER) ACID, OCTYPHENOL POLYETHOXYLATE, SORBITAN MONOESTER, DODECYL BETAINE AND N-DODECYL PYRIDINIUM CHLORIDE. THE METHOD TO PRODUCE THE PHYTO-SANITARY AGENT CONSISTS OF THE FOLLOWING STAGES: A) MIXING SOLUTION A, WHICH CONTAINS ABOUT 20-80 PARTS OF DEMINERALIZED WATER AT 60°C, ABOUT 80-130 PARTS OF AMMONIUM FORMATE, ABOUT 2-10 PARTS OF TANNIC ACID, AND 150-300 PARTS OF A SURFACTANT CAPABLE OF STABILIZING THE SOLUTION, WITH SOLUTION B CONTAINING ABOUT 80-130 PARTS OF COPPER SULPHATE PENTAHYDRATE, AND ABOUT 2-12 PARTS OF PICRIC ACID; B) FORMING SOLUTION C BY STIRRING TOGETHER SOLUTIONS A AND B; AND C) COOLING DOWN SOLUTION C UNTIL FOAMING SUBSIDES.
