A device for smoothing surfaces of revolution comprises a horizontally disposed cylindrical body with a working end and an axial through hole, inside which a working element is placed with its holder made in the form of a spring, wherein the working element is equipped with a smoothing unit mounted in the end of the cylindrical body to be in contact with the surface of rotation subject to smoothening. The working element is equipped with an adjusting washer and is made in the form of a body of revolution of T-shaped profile in longitudinal section with a notch at the end, in which a smoothing unit is located, and the working end of body is embraced by a curly washer with a through hole in the area of smoothing unit.
