The method for analyzing the thermal state of embryo exposed to laser radiation comprises the following: the developmental stage is ascertained; the number of the embryos and their location is assessed; the radius of the embryonic sphere is determined; the site where laser beam crosses the embryo is specified. The permissible temperature of embryo and laser parameters is set. The following parameters are specified in the course laser treatment: the thermal conduction of embryo layers; the initial and boundary conditions; the output and geometric configuration of laser exposure; the time of exposure. The system of the differential equations describing the thermal state of embryo is provided and the method of solving the boundary problem is attempted.
