摘要

The invention relates to a hybrid composite material used for manufacturing finished pieces in the motor vehicle industry and to a process for obtaining the same. According to the invention, the material consists of heat-setting resin reinforced with glass fibers having 35% fiber volume fraction of the fibers and hemp fabric having the fiber volume fraction of 20%, the composite having a traction breaking tension of 86 Mpa, an elasticity modulus E=3200 MPa and an impact resistance K=40 kJ/m. According to the invention, the process consists in resin impregnation of the glass and the hemp fibers, these are alternately superposed as layers, up to a thickness of 4 mm, afterwards the formed structure is kept in the mould for 24 h at a temperature of 20...25°C for the resin polymerization, to result in the layered hybrid composite material.
