The management of projects is an interdisciplinary field that requires appropriate scientific methodology and technical instruments.Given that a project is limited by time, resources and capital, its success depends on effective management of these means, the present invention, inserted in the area of management of projects, relates to a method and a system for scheduling fine projects which combines satisfaction pr. Oppositional with a research process iterative.This method and this system allow to determine the moment of initiation of activities of a project, so that the total length of the project is less possible within the restrictions to which is subject.These restrictions include relations of precedu00cancia between activities, extra time and maximum minimum associated with the relations of precedu00cancia, capacity of renewable resources limited and tender at the time, and activities are mutually exclusive.
