A system of a recycling and quick-heating chamber on a heat recovery exchanger with cross-flow and anti-current, used especially in ventilation and air conditioning plants, consists of a cross-flowing or non-flowing flat-rate exchanger with built-in heat recovery locks (1), and a throttle (3) coupled to the throttle (1) is placed in the heat recovery exchanger housing,which directs the air outside the part of the heat recovery exchanger. Additionally, in the design of the exchanger, there is a throttle (2) on the side of the air extracted from the room allowing the air to be returned outside the exchanger to the humidified air. The system of the recirculation chamber and the quick-heating exchanger for the recovery of heat with cross-flow and anti-current, used especially in ventilation and air-conditioning plants, air in normal working condition -open-pass passes through the pass-through (1),and then through the appropriate part of the heat recovery exchanger. In the system of the recycling chamber, the air is extracted from the room and passes through the extraction side (4) of the heat recovery exchanger, giving energy. In the absence of a need to recycle air, the throttle (2) is closed and the opening of the throttle (2) causes the part of the extracted air to be inverted and mixed with the flow of air flowing with the recovery of heat.
