The present invention discloses the facility counter provided for internet banking for rural population in rural area banking. The rural population did not aware about internet banking benefits due to lack of education, internet facility, handling problems etc. The said invention is an innovative approach in rural area banks and gives an extra facility to the customer. Here the Internet Banking Facility Counter is open in a rural area bank with instructor, where customer can do the banking transaction by self through computers. The instructor can guide the customer wherever necessary, aware about the Internet banking components, provide knowledge of computer, extract benefits of internet banking and also give print out if required in minimum charges. The computer can be one or two in number and customer can allow 15 to 20 minutes or bank decide the things considering the total number of customers.
