The heat-exchange apparatus for cogeneration unit of the present invention is assembled of at least one section (4) having the form of a helix (7) with ribs (3) of circular shape disposed on the surface thereof such as to generate turbulent nature of a heat transfer medium flow. The section (4) has an inlet (2) and outlet (5) of a heated medium. Control elements (1) enabling variability of the heated medium flow rate are located on said inlet (2) and outlet (5). In case of several section, these control elements (1) also enable variability of the heated medium direction of flow through interconnection of independently selected sections (4) ensuring gain of more sources of the heated medium of a selected temperature.
