CONTINUOUS AEROBIC COMPOUNDING PROCESS IN A COLUMN OF ROTATING GRILLS AND EQUIPMENT TO PERFORM THE PROCESS - Refers to a process for performing aerobic composting in a continuous manner as well as describing the equipment for its realization. Organic matter is fed on top of a composting column, in the middle of which there is a grid that supports the material during the primary composting process. Due to the reduction in volume characteristic of the process, the material passes through this grid depositing in the maturation chamber, freeing up space for new feeding in the upper chamber. The ready-to-use compost is removed by the inferior gear and the said grid has the ability to rotate, which allows the immediate transfer of the matter to the maturation chamber. The equipment has strategies to maintain the appropriate temperature, they are: thermal insulation performed by the hull; absorption of solar radiation by the same and forced aeration system by the heat produced, which prevents overheating. This system also provides a uniform aeration of the stack guaranteeing an aerobic process.
